Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

- Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the services as agreed upon, you may be eligible for a refund, as long as you did your part required, stated in the biding contract signed at sign up.

- Service Cancellations: If you cancel the services before we have started working on them, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as deposits).

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

- Deposits: Any deposits paid to secure our services are non-refundable, as they cover initial work and administrative costs.

- Completed Work: Fees for work that has already been completed, reviewed, and approved by you are non-refundable.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined in this policy, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send a refund request through your dedicated Slack Channel within 14 Days of the issue or service cancellation. Include the Following Information:

= Your full name, email, and phone number.

= A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

= Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim (e.g., emails, contracts, etc.).

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 7 Days. If approved, we will process your refund and notify you of the outcome.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 Days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exceptions to Refunds

No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

- Client Delays: If the delivery of services is delayed due to the client's failure to provide necessary materials or approvals.

- Change of Mind: If you decide to discontinue the services after work has already begun, refunds will not be provided for the work completed up to that point.

- Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
